Nutrition Education

In addition to her private Naturopathic medical practice, Dr. Briley is a co-founder of the Food As Medicine Institute at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.  Through the collaborative support of Bob's Red Mill and the Bob and Charley Moore Foundation, Dr. Briley and her partner Dr. Courtney Jackson have developed one of the most innovative and exciting community nutrition programs in the country.   At Charley's Kitchen, the FAMI's excellent teaching kitchen, Drs. Briley and Jackson teach people about naturopathic nutrition in cooking classes that incorporate hands-on instruction and learning for participants of the Food As Medicine Everyday (FAME) program. 

Dr. Briley has been invited to teach FAME-based cooking classes at several locations in the Portland metro area including OMSI's "Cook For Life" and "Eat Mobile" programs with renowned local chefs.
